Quick answer
Cancel your Disney+ subscription, then delete your Disney+ account. Your login is a MyDisney account that other Disney services can use, so to remove your data across Disney, submit a request at usprivacy.disney.com.
Step 1: Cancel your Disney+ subscription
Sign in at disneyplus.com, open your account, and cancel your subscription. If you pay through Apple, Google, Roku, Amazon, or a bundle with another company, cancel through that company instead.
Step 2: Delete your Disney+ account
Disney+'s help center explains how to delete your account from your account settings. According to Disney+, deleting it removes your email address, name, and profile details, and anonymizes the rest of your Disney+ account data. Contact Disney+ quickly if you delete it by mistake.
Step 3: Request deletion across Disney
Your Disney+ login is a MyDisney account, which can also be used for other Disney services. Disney has a single privacy request portal for US residents:
Disney notes that it may not be able to delete everything where the law requires it to keep records, and that deleting your information may end your access to Disney loyalty programs.
Disney is probably not the only one
Most people have dozens of companies holding their information, from old shopping accounts to apps they've forgotten. DataTrail scans your inbox (read-only) to find them all, flags the ones with data breaches, and writes the deletion requests for you.
Join the waitlistDataTrail isn't affiliated with Disney. Menus and policies change; if a step looks different, check Disney's help center. This guide is general information, not legal advice.
